I guess all I can do is report current insanities Governor Walker promotes. Let's look at two of the latest moronic "fixes" for Wisconsin's budget.
Number 1. Reduce a tax credit program for many of the working poor by $41.3 million over two years.
Of course, this violates his pledge not to raise taxes. Coming alongside a budget that would roll back taxes on corporations and give new tax breaks on capital gains, this is just another example of the class war Emperor Walker is engaging in. Bullies like Walker always go after the most vulnerable members of society, the poor, the mentally ill, anyone downtrodden.
Simply put, Walker's budget is about priorities, and the governor has prioritized tax relief for multi state corporations and the wealthy, while cutting programs that help a broad range of Wisconsinites, particularly, the working poor.
Obviously, there is no point in looking elsewhere for tax relief when the working poor can be offered up as fiscal sacrificial lambs.
Do mirrors crack and shatter when Walker looks in them? The ugliness of this man's actions are characterized in his face, particularly, in his lying mouth and vacant eyes. He seems to be a blood sucking vampire, only satiated by the taste of poor in his mouth.
Certainly the most wealthy families of Wisconsin hate the poor, but I don't think it has anything to do with tax breaks. These people actually believe that the poor are poor because they are lazy, stupid, irresponsible and dependent on government handouts. However, close examination reveals that the rich are the lazy, stupid, irresponsible ones and are deeply entrenched in receiving government handouts. It's like I've always said, when you hate something rabidly enough, you become it. Does this mean ultimately the wealthy will become poor? They are poor already. Poor in spirit. Poor in intelligence. Poor in compassion. Empty souls with large bank accounts.
Number 2. A tax credit to people buying prefab homes. Wausau Homes in Rothschild, Wisconsin is the latest recipient of a Walker handout. This tax credit exempts certain prefabricated homes made in Wisconsin from the sales tax if they are to be shipped to and located in another state. Why this tax credit? The co-owners and the co-founder's wife of Wausau Homes donated a total of $25,000 to Walker's campaign fund.
Let me caution anyone seriously considering the purchase of a Wausau Home. I have friends who own one, not far from the manufacturing facility. They have spent upwards of $60,000 this year having roof trusses and most of the structural components of the house replaced. Prefabricated homes cannot stand the test of time, especially in northern climates. Prefabricated homes are, in short, structurally defective. Whatever tax break you might get for buying one and shipping it to Kentucky, will cost you ten times as much in repairs down the road. Planned shoddiness. It's how the rich get richer.
Boycott Wausau Homes and the greedy pig owners. Let's get after these rich corporations and their owners and hit them hard.
Walker hands out tax breaks to all of his major contributors. No big news there. But that these handouts are so transparent is disheartening, and that we experience outrage over it, but nothing changes, is the real story here. We have to organize, we have to polarize and we have to neutralize these aberrations perpetuated against us.
That the governor can get up in the morning and look himself in the mirror is beyond belief to any thoughtful person. And he lives in a mansion that we pay for, while we struggle to pay taxes on our little city homes. I'm sick of the large pig on my back.
This nation seems to have slipped so far into chaos and discord that it seems to be hopeless for the common man to have any kind of dream, American or otherwise. We need some hope. We need some intelligence. We need some light at the end of this tunnel of blackness the tea baggers have put us in. We need Wisconsin back. Let's figure out a way to take it.

Thank You Michael Moore
Perhaps I'm just very partial to the truth and the exposure of lies, but I believe that no filmmaker, perhaps no person alive, has done more than Michael Moore has done to tell the true story of America. From his masterpiece "Bowling for Columbine", which told the story of the violent nature of our nation, to "Sicko", which accurately portrayed the travesty perpetuated on our nation by the legal organized crime of the insurance industry, the man pursues justice and truth the same way Scott Walker pursues idiocy and violence against the working class.
Thank you, Michael Moore, for coming to Madison. Thank you for understanding that what is happening in Wisconsin is the blueprint for what will happen in this country if we continue to let the insanity that has taken over the Republican party go unchecked and untreated.
We have become a nation ripe for revolution, and we're long overdue for one. Perhaps we can draw from Ghandi's peaceful resistance. If all the great thinkers in the country got together, I'm sure we can plan a resistance that will actually allow us to attack the rich and powerful and hit them where it will hurt the most, in their bank accounts. It is time for good Americans, honest Americans, Americans appalled at America in its current state to resist the current America and strive for a new nation. I welcome any thoughts or ideas on organizing meaningful civil disobedience.
Yes, I'm an agitator, but its because the status quo has beaten me right into a corner. I will fight back. Will you?

Scott Walker's Mathematical Inability
Yesterday, we heard on the news that the peaceful protesters in Madison had caused $7 million in damage at the State Capitol in Madison by placing taped signs on the marble.
Seven Million Dollars! As in $7,000,000.
The last year I worked at Milwaukee County, and while Mr. Walker was the County Executive, he came up with a figure around $14,000,000 as a deficit, and proceeded to privatize the security group at the Courthouse to save money. Please read my earlier blog about what that will actually cost Milwaukee taxpayers.
But, I digress. I bring this up because once the security team was gone, the budget office released figures showing that there was no deficit at all, or at least, a very small one.
Mr. Walker's math, er, excuse me, arithmetic, is suspect. He makes up numbers, throws them out to the media, and they are not based in truth. Great. Just what the American public needs, another lying, full of $hit politician who can't add.
I used to tape up my children's pictures on the walls in my home. Dang. I could have filed a $7,000,000 claim with my home owner's insurance, but I never did.
Sonofabitch!
Walker.

The Rabid Right
With all the pro-Scott Walker advertisements on television these days, it can't be too much of a stretch that citizens of Wisconsin, even those who voted for him, begin to understand that there is big money behind Scott Walker. REALLY BIG MONEY. Those ads don't come cheap.
However, the thought behind those ads are not about the citizens of Wisconsin and what they voted for; they are about the top 2% of our nation who are ultra wealthy and whom actually are running the show in order to grow even more rich. Greed is like leprosy. It keeps spreading until it completely consumes.
Interestingly, I watched Marie Antoinnette this morning with Kirsten Dunst in the lead role. She and her King Louie had no clue that their deaths were imminent because of their oppression of the French people. America's wealthy seem to be as much in denial as the cake eating royals from the 18th century. I wouldn't count on swaying the people with your less and less intelligent and easier to spot the lies pro-Walker ads. I wouldn't count on anything, except the fact Americans won't stand for this much longer. And as we have less and less to lose, we will stand together against you.
I urge people in any community to stop supporting ultra wealthy families who are very much behind all of the current political troubles. Do your research. Know your enemy. Understand who owns what. Stop supporting their businesses. I know exactly which businesses I won't patronize anymore. Do you?

Scott Walker - The Walking Disaster
When Scott Walker was Milwaukee County Executive, he outsourced the security force at the courthouse. Twenty-one of twenty-seven guards laid off a year ago, in an abortive privatization move, are now back on the job.
Twenty-one private guards the county hired in one of Scott Walker's emergency budget moves ALSO remain on the job.
John Ruggini, Assistant Budget Administrator for Milwaukee County said, "We are basically paying for the service twice now".
A court ruling in January reversed the outsourcing, saying Walker's emergency justification for it fell far short. An estimate said Milwaukee County could wind up spending an extra $430,000 on security, as a result of the outsourcing reversal ordered by the court.
Read the complete article in The Milwaukee Journal.
I'm bad at math. Frankly, I was bad at arithmetic. But it doesn't take a calculus professor to figure out that what Scott Walker does ends up in the courts, and costs far more than Scott Walker says it will save. Don't forget the legal expenses. But why should he care? He's on to Madison now, with REAL fiscal issues he can totally turn into legal cesspools. The man does love to crap all over everything, doesn't he? He is fecal obsessed.
Scott Walker is a Walking Disaster, for all citizens. Even you rich and/or conservative tea baggers ought to be able to glean that much from this little tidbit. Stay tuned. More insanity is surely headed our way. Get out your checkbooks. Good people end up paying for prissy little politicians like Scott the Blot. As if just having to deal with him daily isn't punishment enough.

John Chianneli Gets the Boot
A little blurb in the Milwaukee Journal today reported that Mr. Chianneli has gotten the boot from his $91,000 annual salary job at Milwaukee County.
If you follow my blog, you know that Mr. Chianneli was running the Behavioral Health Division when a violent sex offender impregnated a developmentally disabled woman. This happened because of Mr. Chianelli's and Mr. Walker's utter incompetence in running a hospital. Can you say "budget cuts". Mr. Chianneli should have been shown the door at that point, but someone (rhymes with fokker) put him in yet another high paying position within the county system.
At any rate, Mr. Chianeilli has left county employment. I don't know how this happened, buy my gratitude and deep respect goes out to the person who sent Mr. Chianelli packing. With Scott Walker gone, there may be hope for Milwaukee County, provided we don't put another horse's arse, like Jeff Stone, in the position of County Executive.
My fervent wish is that voters will get out and take their future into their hands. Maybe Democrats don't serve up the same kind of ice cream sundaes the Republicans do when talking about managing finances. But they don't allow vulnerable members to suffer under the incompetence of hacks like Walker and Chianelli.

Wisconsin - Open for Business - Closed for Democracy
If Scott Walker's proposed budget wasn't such a travesty, it would almost be comical, not unlike the Governor himself.
First of all, the budget goes after all of the most vulnerable citizens of this state. First and foremost, children. Cutting the education budget by nearly $900 million dollars means every school district in the state will be expected to do more with less. The math of that will not work out, especially since Mr. Walker tied municipalities hands with his "no property tax increase" mandate. Our kids are being trampled and we are standing here, unable to stop it.
Cutting health care to Wisconsin's poorest segment is just plain bullying. Every person, in supposedly a healthy and wealthy nation, has the right to expect excellent health care. How many people will die needlessly under Mr. Walker's health care cuts?
Cities will lose $60 million dollars in state aid. I guess Mr. Walker figures by repealing the recycling mandate, cities can save some money. Of course, this comes as a major blow to our environment.
Mr. Walker intends to make all convicted felons serve their sentences, fully, while cutting the Department of Corrections budget. Boy, that old bread and water idea of feeding prisoners is actually going to come to pass. Maybe I should open a bakery.
On the bright side, major tax cuts to corporations will be handed out by Mr. Walker as bribery payoffs for large contributions to his campaign. Let's not forget that millionaires and billionaires will be given a free ride with no capital gains taxes imposed on them.
Oh, and the Wisconsin Road Builders Associations must be dancing the concrete jig with all the road projects money Mr. Walker has just handed them. They, too, were major contributors.
And let's not forget, Mr. Walker is still going after public workers and the unions who represent them as if, somehow, they were the enemy.
Mr. Walker stands in a cesspool of republican rhetoric and insane and unreasonable financial solutions. He stinks. He has been in office less than three months, and he is quickly becoming the most watched, and most disrespected, governor in the history of the state. The man is not a leader. He is unable to grasp the intricacies of statesmanship. Mr. Walker is a pawn. Wisconsin has been sold out by a cheap hack masquerading as a politician.
I look forward to watching him flush himself down the toilet of his rhetoric. Meanwhile, I can't stand the stinking cloud that this moron has farted over the entire state. That I have to breathe the air he has fouled makes me angrier than I have ever been. Where is there justice? Certainly, not in Wisconsin.
